Non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival-time information and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Tourist tax is included in the total price, although the description says it is payable before arrival; confirm the applicable payment arrangement. Optional services include kitchen towels (€4 per booking), a towel set (€9 per booking), linen for one double bed (€18 per booking), linen for one single bed (€14 per booking), final cleaning (€37 per booking), a bath mat (€3 per booking), and cancellation insurance (5.5% of the booking). The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking.
Getting there
Port Manec'h sandy beach is 12 km away; Rospico beach is 13 km away. Pont-Aven is 4.5 km away. Parking is available on the grounds. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging.
