House rules
No smoking. Groups of young people up to 23 years are not accepted. Animals are allowed except dangerous animals; the stated animal limit is 25 kg. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €170 per booking, and a refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is collected by credit-card hold and paid on arrival. A cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation charges depend on the time before check-in: no penalty until 29 days before check-in, 100% of the total prepayment from 28 to 8 days before check-in, and 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in through check-in and for no-show.
Getting there
The Maierlbahn Gondola is a few minutes' drive away. Kirchberg's Badesee and the centre of Kirchberg are a short walk away. Skiing back to the apartment may be possible when snow conditions permit.
