## About the house

The top floor contains a living room with a large fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island, and a dining area with a wood-burning stove. Balconies and terraces offer views of Bellevarde or Solaise.

Sleeping accommodation is spread across several levels: one master suite, four en suite double bedrooms, and a bunk-bed dormitory with its own bathroom. The published first-floor layout details two suites, each with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and an en suite shower room with a towel dryer and toilet. On level -1, the family bedroom has a terrace, two bunk beds described as two sleeps each, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, double basin and separate toilet.

The ground-floor wellness area includes an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna, fitness room and table football. Exercise equipment includes a rowing machine, bike, treadmill and punching bag. There is a bar next to the gym and a cinema room on level -1. A ski room has boot warmers; parking includes a garage and two parking spaces.

The Excellence half-board service includes a chef, butler and housekeeper, with preparation of breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, plus daily maintenance and cleaning. Food and beverages cost extra. Welcome provisions include bathroom products, beds made before arrival, champagne, flowers, household and bath linen, slippers, fireplace wood and reception at the chalet. End-of-stay and mid-stay cleaning and changes of sheets and towels during the stay are included.

Equipment includes Wi-Fi, TV and speakers; a dishwasher, fridge, cooking surface, oven, kitchen extractor, bean-to-cup and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, toaster and refrigerated wine cellar; and a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
