The chalet is directly on the Maiskogel ski slope with ski-in/ski-out access and direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. The town is 3 km away, shopping is 3 km away, and a restaurant is 150 m away. In winter, snow chains may be required depending on weather conditions, especially for vehicles without all-wheel drive.
