## About the house

The chalet occupies four levels connected by an elevator and wooden stairs. The living floor has a double-height lounge with large bay windows, a wood fireplace, a dining room, a bar, an open-plan equipped kitchen and an adjoining TV lounge. A southwest-facing terrace and balconies overlook the valley. A separate toilet is on the living floor.

Four ensuite bedrooms occupy level 1. Two have double beds and terraces: one bathroom has a bathtub and separate toilet, and the other has a shower and toilet. Two twin-or-double bedrooms have balconies; one bathroom has a shower and toilet, while the other has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. One twin-or-double bedroom also has a desk. The top-floor master bedroom has a balcony, desk, seating area, television, Apple TV, safe and dressing space. Its ensuite has a bathtub, walk-in shower, double basin and separate toilet. All five bathrooms have a hairdryer and towel dryer. A mezzanine library has board games.

Level 0 contains the private sauna, garage, ski room, boot heater and laundry room. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, home cinema, Sky television, outdoor furniture, a baby cot and high chair. The kitchen includes induction hobs, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, meat grinder, fondue appliance and raclette machine. A washing machine and dryer are available.

Prestige breakfast service includes a housekeeper for five hours per day, breakfast preparation and service, and daily maintenance and cleaning. Food and beverages are extra. Reception at the property, household and bath linen, slippers, and linen and towel changes during the stay are included. Bathroom products, beds made before arrival, champagne, a welcome basket, fireplace wood and end-of-stay cleaning are winter-only inclusions.

The village centre is 300 m away. An escalator a one-minute walk from the chalet leads to the village centre opposite the ski lifts. The Ariondaz ski lift and ski school are 350 m away. Aquamotion is nearby.

Breakfast preparation and service are included, but food and beverages are charged extra. A €10,000 deposit is designated as not collected. Bathroom products, beds made before arrival, champagne, the welcome basket, fireplace wood and end-of-stay cleaning are included in winter only.
