## About the house

The south-east-facing chalet combines contemporary interiors with Alpine styling across several levels. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, balconies and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The ground-floor living areas include a dining room, open kitchen, TV lounge and wood fireplace. Other spaces include a lobby, mezzanine and ski room with a boot heater. Outdoor furniture, a safe, ski locker, speakers and TV are provided. The kitchen includes a cooking range, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and refrigerated wine cellar. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available.

The wellness area on floor -2 includes an indoor jacuzzi, sauna and Italian-style shower. That floor also has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a 160 × 200 cm double bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, towel dryer and single basin. On floor -1, one double bedroom has a balcony, speakers, wardrobe, 160 × 200 cm double bed and an ensuite with a bathtub, double basin, towel dryer and scale. Another double bedroom on that floor has a wardrobe, a 160 × 200 cm double bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, towel dryer and single basin.

The Essential self-catered service includes reception at the property, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

The resort centre is 200 m away, the slopes and ski lift are 120 m away, and the ski school is 130 m away. Gélinotte is the nearest named ski slope. La Rosière provides access to the Espace San Bernardo ski area, with 154 km of runs linked to La Thuile in Italy; summer activities include hiking, mountain biking and golf.
