The house

The 185 m² apartment has three bedrooms, each with a queen-size box-spring double bed and TV. Two bedrooms also have a double pull-out sofa bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, plus patio access; there is also an additional guest WC. The living room has cable TV, Netflix and a stereo, and the dining area has a fireplace. The patio or balcony has outdoor furniture and panoramic views over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, wine cooler, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a lift, central heating, a safe, hair dryers, a heated ski room with private ski and boot lockers, shared mountain-bike storage, a fenced garden and terrace. A cot is available for €15 per booking, and a dog fee of €80 per stay is listed for one dog. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, and final cleaning costs €350 per booking.

Heating, internet access, garage and car park service, tourist tax and certified disinfection are listed as included. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is collected by credit-card hold and paid on arrival.
