## About the house

The chalet has seven en-suite bedrooms, a lounge with a fireplace and TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace. The top-floor master suite has a bathtub and shower; other bedrooms feature balconies, and dedicated children's rooms have bunk beds. The ground-floor wellness area includes a hammam and massage room, with an outdoor jacuzzi and Nordic bath. The lower level has a games room with table football, an equipped ski room and a garage. Boot heaters, a private ski locker, a smart TV and a hairdryer are available. Included property-specific services comprise a daily visiting chalet manager who does not live on site, a part-time butler and chef, daily housekeeping and turndown, a mid-week linen change and concierge assistance. Food and drinks are not included. Extra services offered include private airport transfers, breakfast delivery, wine pre-stocking, yoga, ski-pass delivery, winter sports, babysitting, guided freeride skiing, ski lessons, at-home massages, grocery delivery, special-event assistance and additional cleaning and linen or towel changes on request.

The chalet is in Nogentil, steps from the slopes. The master suite is on the top floor, the wellness area is on the ground floor, and the games room, ski room and garage are on the lower level.

Food and drinks are not included. A refundable security deposit is required and is returned after the stay if no incident has occurred; its amount is confirmed during booking. A rental deposit must be paid within three business days after accepting the rental agreement. The remaining rental balance and security deposit are due no later than one month before the rental start date. Payment is by bank transfer or online through Stripe on request.
