House rules
No pets are allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day, and check-out is before 10:00. An additional cot/crib is available for €15 per booking. Arrival outside office hours is available as an included service. Bed linen costs €10 per person and towels cost €10 per person. Final cleaning costs €210 per booking. A refundable €400 security deposit is collected by credit-card hold and paid on arrival.

The Gaisberg ski slope is 100 m away and the property is described as 100 m from the skiing resort. The Maierlbahn gondola is 2 minutes by car or one stop by the free ski bus. Kirchberg town centre is described as a 7-minute walk and is also listed as 1 km away. A bus station is 50 m away. The property is directly in front of the Ache stream. One carport space and one outdoor parking space are provided.
