House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Do not charge electric vehicles on the property; dedicated charging stations are available in town. Bed linen, towels and other linen are not provided; optional linen may be ordered and is supplied on arrival for the stay, without renewal. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is €115 per booking. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Kitchen linen is €2 per booking; a towel set is €7 per booking; linen for a double bed is €15 and for a single bed €12 per booking; a bath mat is €3 per booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival with the arrival time to arrange key handover. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
