No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover; arrival and departure times may be flexible in low season by prior arrangement. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, taken as a pre-authorisation on a bank card. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2; bathroom towel set €7; double-bed linen €18; single-bed linen €14; end-of-stay cleaning €55; bath mat €3. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional; ordered linen is supplied for the stay without replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Heating and parking are included. The listing gives differing statements about tourist tax: one section says it is payable before the stay, while another says it is included in the total price; confirm the applicable treatment before guest publication.
Getting there
Treustel sandy beach is 6.6 km away. The chalet is opposite the communal pool. A parking space is provided. The accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. The property does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic outlets to charge a vehicle.
