## About the house

Chalet Eole accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, three with garden access. Exposed beams, old wood, rustic furniture and large windows characterize the interiors. The large living room has a decorative central fireplace that cannot be used. An equipped open-plan kitchen connects to the dining room; the layout also includes a terrace, TV lounge and mezzanine TV lounge.

There is a shower room, a bathroom, two separate toilets and a laundry room. The published ground-floor bedroom layout includes one room with two single beds measuring 80 × 190 cm and another with one double bed measuring 160 × 190 cm.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, a piano, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, ski storage and private outdoor parking. Kitchen equipment includes a cooking surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and fondue and raclette appliances. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum are available.

The self-catered Essential service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning except the kitchen. A baby cot is not included and is available on request.

Chamonix centre is 300 m away. The Brévent slopes and ski lift are 400 m away; the nearest named slope is Nants and the nearest lift is Télécabine du Brévent. The ski school is 750 m away. In winter, the access road is quite steep and requires special snow equipment for the car.

Pets are not allowed. The central fireplace is decorative and must not be used. End-of-stay cleaning excludes the kitchen. A baby cot is not included and is available on request. Deposit: 2000 €, described as not collected.
