## About the house

The 230 m² chalet extends over three levels, combining a wood-and-stone exterior with old wood, contemporary interiors, high ceilings and large windows. It accommodates up to 10 guests.

Level -1 has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with an ensuite shower room and terrace access. A TV lounge and games area include table football and a PlayStation, and the terrace has an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the valley and village. There is also a laundry room and a separate toilet.

Level 0 contains the living and dining areas, a wood fireplace, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a balcony, a furnished terrace and a separate toilet. Kitchen equipment includes induction hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, meat grinder, raclette machine and stone grill.

Level 1 has a master bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower room and balcony, a children's bedroom with bunk and trundle beds, and a double-or-twin bedroom. A separate bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet.

Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, TVs, speakers, books, board games, children's games, a ski locker, boot heater, garage, parking space, washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. Comfort self-catered services include reception at the property, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and mid-stay and end-of-stay cleaning. Slippers and a welcome basket are included in winter only. A baby cot, high chair and 4G Wi-Fi box are available on request and are not included.

Children's bedroom — level 1 · Two bunk beds, each described as sleeping two, and one trundle bed comprising two singles; dimensions given as 80 × 190 cm.

Double or twin bedroom — level 1 · 1 beds · One double bed, 160 × 200 cm. Chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe.

Wi-Fi: Yes · Wi-Fi is available. A 4G Wi-Fi box is separately available on request and is not included.

Workspace: Yes · Desks are provided in the level -1 double bedroom and the level 1 double-or-twin bedroom.

Parking: Yes · A garage and parking space are available.

Pets allowed: No · Pets are not allowed.

Kitchen: Yes · Open-plan fitted kitchen with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, meat grinder, raclette machine and stone grill.

The centre, ski slopes and ski lift are 350 m away; the ski school is 850 m away. The closest slope is Biolley and the closest lift is TK Village. The chalet occupies three levels and has no lift.

Pets are not allowed. A deposit of 5000 € is specified as not collected. A baby cot, high chair and 4G Wi-Fi box are available on request and are not included. Slippers and the welcome basket are winter-only inclusions.
