## About the house

Chalet Dolomites combines Savoyard styling with contemporary furnishings across three levels. The ground floor has an entrance hall, table football, a laundry room and four en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a dressing room. These bedrooms have terraces.

The first floor has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, balcony, separate toilet and two en-suite bedrooms with desks. The top floor contains a children's dormitory with three single beds and an en-suite shower room. Six bathrooms have showers; the ground-floor master suite has a bathtub.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, televisions, board games, a ski room, boot heater and access to underground parking. Kitchen equipment includes induction hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, fondue appliance and refrigerated wine cellar. A washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner are available.

The Essential self-catered service includes reception at the property, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Champagne, slippers and a welcome basket are included in winter only. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

Security deposit: 2500 €, marked as not collected. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included. Champagne, slippers and the welcome basket are winter-only inclusions.
