## About the house

The chalet has seven bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balconies. Light wood, soft materials and large windows characterize the interiors. The second-level living area includes a lounge with a central wood fireplace, dining room, open-plan fitted kitchen, terrace and garden access.

The ground floor has a cinema room, TV lounge, sauna, jet shower, massage room and massage table, together with a garage, ski room, boot heater, laundry room and lobby. An outdoor hot tub, also identified as a Nordic bath on floor 1, complements the wellness facilities.

The floor-1 suite has a 160 × 200 cm double bed, wardrobe, balcony and safe, plus an en suite bathroom with bathtub, single basin, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer. The floor-2 master bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed, dressing area, balcony, safe and desk. Its en suite bathroom has a shower, double basin, whirlpool bathtub, separate toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer.

The kitchen includes induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machines including Nespresso, kettle, toaster, wine refrigerator, and fondue and raclette appliances. Other equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, safe, international television channels, Netflix and Sky.

Prestige service includes a housekeeper for six hours per day, breakfast preparation and service, daily maintenance and cleaning, end-of-stay cleaning, and changes of sheets and towels during the stay. Food and beverages are extra. Welcome provisions include reception at the property, made beds, household and bath linen, bathroom products, slippers, champagne, flowers, a welcome basket and fireplace wood. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

The chalet has direct slope access near the Granges lift and is close to Aquamotion in Courchevel Moriond.
