## About the house

Cerezas Modern accommodates up to 10 guests in five ensuite bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the golf course from the living and dining areas. Satellite or cable TV and a speaker system are available, and staff service is included.

The fully equipped kitchen has kitchen basics, a dishwasher and hot water. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish scrubbers and paper towels are provided. Other facilities include a washer, dryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, a hair dryer, shampoo and essentials.

Outdoor spaces include a heated pool, Jacuzzi, shaded gazebo, BBQ and lanai or balcony. Parking is available within the gated community. Minitas Beach, La Marina and La Romana Country Club are nearby.

Advance Casa de Campo registration is required for resort access. Registered guests receive an ID card for their stay, providing access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, and Central Romana Medical Center services. Resort registration fees apply separately.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional charges. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Resort registration fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. Guest names and passport numbers are required for registration. Amenities, staffing, features and images may change.
