## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and provided linens. Vaulted interiors include a grand salon, a family room and multiple sitting areas. Sliding glass doors connect the living spaces to the wraparound terrace, private pool and golf-course outlook. Outdoor space includes dining areas and a BBQ.

The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking equipment and kitchen supplies, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towels. Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, hot water, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, safe, hair dryer, shampoo and essentials are provided. A parking space and a dedicated staff member are included.

The villa is in a private gated community near La Romana Country Club Golf Course, shops and restaurants. Registered guests may access Casa de Campo's Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, fitness center and golf courses with advance tee times. Resort access includes towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, as well as Central Romana Medical Center services. Golfing, tennis, fishing and watersports are available in the surrounding area.

The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. An 18% service fee and mandatory Casa de Campo resort fees are additional. Resort registration is required before arrival, and a security deposit equivalent to one night's stay applies.
