House rules

The renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Comply with Ocean City's noise ordinances; excessive noise may be grounds for eviction under Maryland law and may also constitute a criminal offense. During the seasonal parking-registration period, a non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately at check-in, covering amenities and parking for one vehicle. A second parking pass costs $10 per night or $70 per week. Display required parking permits at all times to avoid towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Additional parking is first-come, first-served.

Getting there

Direct beach access is available. Restaurants are within walking distance. Reaching the rental requires climbing steps, despite the building having an elevator. Weekday balcony reconstruction is scheduled in the off-season after Labor Day and before Memorial Day, with possible intermittent noise.
