The condo accommodates up to seven guests. The second-floor primary bedroom has sunrise views, with the kitchen downstairs. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed; Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and one sofa bed. A further sofa bed is in the common space.

The equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave and dishwasher, with a kitchen table for dining. The living room has streaming entertainment, cable TV and board games. Two balconies offer ocean and bay views, including sunset views from the bay-facing balcony. Central air conditioning, heating, an iron, a private washer/dryer and free high-speed Wi-Fi are available.

Shared building facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, fitness room and outdoor dining area. Restaurants are within walking distance. An elevator is available, but reaching the vacation rental involves climbing steps.
