Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00–04:00, and loud sound is not allowed from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium; visitors must be communicated and identified in advance, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows or external areas, not flushing toilet paper, and not burning incense or candles. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
