The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud music is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Deliveries cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. The apartment is in a residential condominium, where occasional noise from works or maintenance may occur.
