Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests listed on the reservation may access the condominium; visits and overnight stays by unregistered people are restricted and require prior identification information. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium, hang items from windows or exterior areas, or flush toilet paper. Guests must follow condominium rules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation.
Getting there
The property is in Centro Histórico, with Avenida Hercílio Luz 50 m away and Praça XV de Novembro 300 m away. The listing describes the Mercado Público, restaurants, cafés and other attractions as within a few minutes' walk. Access to the rooftop pool is shared through the condominium and may be unavailable during temporary common-area closures.
