Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The flat occupies two floors connected by stairs. Platja de Palma is 1.2 km away. Optional garage parking is limited to one car. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.
