The apartment has spacious open-plan living with double lounges and a flat-screen TV. The timber-benched kitchen includes stools, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A four-seat indoor dining table and a furnished courtyard provide places to eat; the courtyard catches the afternoon sun.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has two king singles, with conversion to a king bed available on request. The white bathroom has timber-look tiled flooring, and an internal laundry includes a washer and dryer. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available. A travel cot can be requested at booking.
The UTAS performing arts precinct, boutique shops, historical buildings and eateries are on the doorstep. The docks and Salamanca precinct are a short stroll away. A smoke detector is provided.
