Its open layout has natural light, an island kitchen with appliances and a small breakfast table, and a dining table seating six. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, with Sonos speakers throughout. The lower level includes a gym with a stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat, plus a pool table and media area. Outside are a private heated outdoor pool, a freestanding hot tub, a barbecue area, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, multiple sitting areas, a balcony and an uncovered deck/patio. An upper-level deck offers privacy and views of the surrounding area. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a bedroom with two double/full beds and a full ensuite bathroom, and another queen bedroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and sitting areas. One bedroom has a desk and monitor. The bathrooms include a lower-level full bathroom with a shower, a main-floor ensuite with a shower/tub combination, a main-floor half bathroom, an upstairs ensuite with a shower/tub combination, and another upstairs full bathroom with a shower. The property is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for unrelated guests. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of 10 are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as costs over $175.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If the owner permits reopening canceled dates and Marquis rebooks the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property provides up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange showings during reasonable daytime hours.
