The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and caters to short and longer stays. Its open-plan kitchen and living area includes a small dining table, a dedicated workspace, a sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The equipped kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Board games and books are provided.

Both bedrooms have queen beds with hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a spa bathtub and complimentary toiletries. Internal laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and a patio are available.

Guests have access to a lagoon pool, a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room and a fully equipped gym. Secure undercover parking is free, and the apartment has lift access.

Cavill Avenue is downstairs, with dining, shopping and entertainment nearby. Surfers Paradise Beach is footsteps away. Sea World, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and The Star are a short drive away, and the light rail provides access to the CBD.
