The house

The approximately 3,500-square-foot house accommodates up to six guests on a private block. Open living spaces connect the living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and big-screen TV; a piano, multiple sitting areas, meditation room, dedicated office and Peloton provide additional spaces for recreation and work. Heating, a microwave, outdoor grill, washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and hot water are provided.

The primary bedroom is on the second floor and has a queen bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and standard closet. The main-floor second bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom and standard closet. The third guest bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed and air conditioning. The three bathroom arrangements include a second-floor full bathroom with shower, a kitchen-hallway full bathroom with shower/tub combination, and a main-floor guest full bathroom with tub.

Outdoors, an expansive deck provides dining and multiple sitting areas beside the private pool. There is a lawn and fenced backyard; the pool itself is not fenced. The home is close to the beach and centrally located for East Hampton, Wainscott and Sag Harbor. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
