The house

The home has an open floor plan with a living room, television, dining room and equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Multiple sitting and dining areas are available indoors and outdoors. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, television, closet and stationary bike. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, television, closet and Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom; Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a double/full bed and closet. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The main floor has a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination; upstairs is another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outside are an expansive yard, a deck with a gas barbecue, dining table and sitting areas, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, a beach umbrella, fire pit and swing set. The yard is fenced. The private outdoor freshwater pool is solar heated and subject to seasonal availability. Free parking and a private entrance are available.

The home is close to Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack and Wainscott. Channing Daughters Winery is within walking distance. Nearby beaches include Mecox Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach and Sagg Main Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
