Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Genoa Brignole train station is 300 m away; Genoa airport is approximately 10 km away.
