Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Pets must weigh less than 5 kg; dangerous breeds are not accepted. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet, and domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard; linen and final cleaning are optional. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the entire stay without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and your arrival time; low-season times may be flexible by agreement. Mandatory hoomy concierge fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5%. Optional extras per reservation: kitchen towels €2; one small and one large towel €10; linen for one double bed €22; linen for one single bed €19; final cleaning €68; bathmat €3. Refundable deposit: €800 per reservation, by card preauthorization with the final payment; the card number is requested as guarantee.
Getting there
The apartment is near the beach and port. Port ostréicole d'Andernos beach is 800 m away, and Du Broustic park is 300 m away. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The title and description put de la Jetée beach at 300 m, while the distance table says 550 m. Confirm the distance. The market, halls and pedestrian streets are nearby.
