House rules
No smoking, parties, events or loud gatherings. Violations of the parties and gatherings policy may result in additional charges or removal from the property. Pets are not allowed. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. No quiet hours are designated. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
