House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–09:00. Children aged 2–12 are welcome; the property is not suitable for infants under 2. The living-area sofa bed provides sleeping space for two extra guests. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. The stay is fully self-catered, and consumable supplies and toiletries are not guaranteed.
Getting there
The flat is at the top of Exmouth Market. The West End and the City of London are within walking distance; Farringdon, Angel and King’s Cross stations are nearby. The home is single-level.
