House rules
The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old, unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and stay at the property throughout the rental. Guests below the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed either the reservation guest count or the maximum of six guests. The renter is responsible for all guests and their compliance with the rules. Stays are temporary only; the property cannot be used as a permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Booking requires agreement to these terms and the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override these terms, and booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
Getting there
The village is a short walk or bike ride away. Shared pools at SHARC are within easy walking distance; six SHARC passes are included. Deschutes River bike paths are very close. Mt Bachelor skiing is a short drive away in winter.
