What are the arrival restrictions?
A management representative escorts guests for check-in. Finish by 8 pm. An arrival between 8 pm and 10 pm requires approval at least 48 hours ahead and a $50 fee. No arrivals after 10 pm are permitted, and keys cannot be left for late pickup.
What vehicle should I use?
The home is accessible by SUV, AWD or 4x4. Smaller cars may not reach it.
Is the home shared?
No. The property and private swimming pool have no shared spaces. The wider Costa Montaña community has 24-hour security.
What can the concierge arrange?
After the reservation is confirmed, the concierge can arrange transport, private tours, restaurant reservations and activity recommendations.
What supplies are provided?
Starter supplies include coffee and filters, cooking oil, salt and pepper, cleaning products, laundry detergent, toiletries and paper products.
