The apartment has an open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for three. The adjacent kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery. A separate bedroom has a double bed with linens, and the bathroom has a toilet and shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a hair dryer are available. Starter supplies for the first days include shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. The home is professionally cleaned.

The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby, with easy access to São Bento Station and Diogo Brandão bus stop. Cedofeita has galleries on Rua Miguel Bombarda, vintage shops, cafés and bars.
