The house

The home accommodates up to six guests and has an open floor plan with a two-story living room and dining area. The equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso, Vitamix, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Heating, Wi-Fi, television, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, closet, private balcony and staircase to the pool. Its full ensuite bathroom has a shower and tub. The second upstairs bedroom overlooks the pool and has two single beds that can be configured as a king, a desk, closet, balcony access and a half ensuite bathroom. The main-floor bedroom has a king bed, closet, deck access and a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a shower. A high chair and queen-size air mattress are available.

Outdoor facilities include a fenced, heated private pool described as 20 by 40, an uncovered wraparound deck, several seating areas, lounge chairs, a hammock, gas grill and two children's bicycles. The driveway accommodates three cars. A private community beach is a 0.3-mile walk away; Cedar Point Park is minutes away, and Sammy’s Beach and LI Nature Preserve are a short drive away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Seasonal outdoor facilities, cleaning requirements and other stay conditions apply.
