The house

The renovated, 1,257-square-foot townhome accommodates eight guests and has four full bathrooms. An open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area provides space to gather. The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed; and the third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk and an ensuite bathroom. A separate private den has a queen sofa bed.

Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub, a BBQ and a patio or balcony. The home has mountain views, heated floors, a fireplace and boot heaters in the garage.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A dining table, washer, dryer, free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and ironing board are available. Other facilities include heating, hot water and a bathtub. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
