House rules
Maximum daytime occupancy is 12; maximum nighttime occupancy is eight, beginning at 9 pm. The community firepit is seasonal and does not operate during winter because of heavy snowfall. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation.
Getting there
All sleeping accommodations are on the upper level. Public beach access is a short walk away: turn left out of the driveway, walk to Fern Street, cross the street and follow the braided cement path to the beach. Parking is limited to one assigned space. Homewood Mountain Resort is a one-minute drive away.
