Owl Cottage 9 sleeps eight guests and has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Set among cedar trees, the cottage has a stone-floor foyer with coat hooks and a great room with hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, built-in bookshelves, a sofa, loveseat, two leather armchairs, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has cutting-board countertops, high-end appliances and a dishwasher. The dining table seats six, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. A separate office provides two desks, three chairs and a Mac monitor. The covered porch has a four-seat dining table and outdoor lounge furniture. Guests also have access to a furnished upper-level deck, a community BBQ and a seasonal community firepit.

All four bedrooms are upstairs, with three king beds and one full bed. One king can be converted into two twins. Two king bedrooms have Smart TVs, and two king bedrooms have access to the upper-level deck. Bedrooms use shared bathrooms: the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom have access to a bathroom with a separate shower and tub; the other two guest bedrooms have access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The cottage includes heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials. There is no air conditioning. One assigned on-site parking space is available. Homewood Mountain Resort is a one-minute drive away.

Maximum daytime occupancy is 12; maximum nighttime occupancy is eight, beginning at 9 pm. The community firepit is seasonal and does not operate during winter because of heavy snowfall. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation.
