The multilevel villa has eight guest suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. Six suites have ocean-view terraces; the seventh king bedroom overlooks the water garden. The eighth master suite has a sitting area, large-screen television, vessel sinks, a whole-body shower and a private plunge pool on its oceanfront deck. A chef, concierge and maid serve the villa. Shared living spaces include a full kitchen, dining and sitting areas, balconies, patios and a water garden with fountains.
Outdoor facilities include a heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, swim-up bar, outdoor bar, beach chairs, beach fire pits and an outdoor wood oven. Ceiling fans are provided throughout, with cable/satellite television and entertainment equipment.
