## About the house

The multilevel villa has eight guest suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. Six suites have ocean-view terraces; the seventh king bedroom overlooks the water garden. The eighth master suite has a sitting area, large-screen television, vessel sinks, a whole-body shower and a private plunge pool on its oceanfront deck. A chef, concierge and maid serve the villa. Shared living spaces include a full kitchen, dining and sitting areas, balconies, patios and a water garden with fountains. Outdoor facilities include a heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, swim-up bar, outdoor bar, beach chairs, beach fire pits and an outdoor wood oven. Ceiling fans are provided throughout, with cable/satellite television and entertainment equipment.

The villa is beachfront, with the sand and waters of Banderas Bay steps away. Old Town is a 15-minute walk along Conchas Chinas Beach or a 3-minute cab ride away. The villa is multilevel and has stairs.

The oceanfront water garden can accommodate weddings, parties, performances and special events for up to 200 event guests. The maximum overnight occupancy is 16 guests. The villa can also be booked with six or seven bedrooms in use.
