What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
Do you have facilities for guests with disabilities?
ADA lodging is available. Cavallo Point welcomes guests with disabilities.
Do you offer shuttle service?
A complimentary Cavallo Point shuttle service is available.
What are your dog policies?
Dogs are welcome. Select the Eco Luxe Pups package add-on when booking and indicate whether you are bringing one or two dogs. The required fee is $150 per room per stay and is non-refundable. A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted. Dogs must be leashed on the property and may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Dogs are not allowed in the Healing Arts Center & Spa, Farley or Sula, except on the terrace in front of the restaurant and bar. Additional charges may apply for pet damage.
