The house

The home has expansive outdoor space with mountain views, a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, a firepit and front-porch rocking chairs. Indoors, there is a living room fireplace, a sunlit bay window, two dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Heating, air conditioning, a TV, a patio, a washer and dryer, and a crib are available.

The bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, Bedroom 3 has one twin bed, and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters. Occupancy includes two additional guests beyond the regular sleeping arrangements; trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Windham Mountain Resort is a short drive away, and Windham's Main Street is 5 miles away. Nearby outdoor options include Elm Ridge Wild Forest, Acra Point, Hunter Mountain, and the Windham Golf Club and Christmans golf courses. Horses and a pond are on the property, with access restrictions.
