Guests have access to the full property, which has four bedrooms, four beds and one shared bathroom. High ceilings, large windows and wooden flooring create bright interiors, with feature fireplaces, artwork and practical storage. The main bedroom has a large bed and a seating area. The additional bedrooms offer a mix of double and single sleeping arrangements, with furniture such as wardrobes, desks or chairs. Bed linens, a bathtub, cookware and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.
The spacious rear garden includes a patio seating area for outdoor dining, surrounding greenery, a nature pond and a hot tub set to one side.
The house is in the Broom Hill Road area of Ipswich, near Christchurch Park. The town centre, shops, cafés, restaurants, Christchurch Mansion, supermarkets and convenience stores are within easy reach. Ipswich railway station has direct connections to London and other towns. Local buses serve the town centre and surrounding neighbourhoods; taxis and ride-hailing services are available, with road connections to the A12 and A14.
