Four ensuite bedrooms are distributed across levels 1, 2 and 3; level 2 also has a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroom with a semi-private bathroom. The sleeping arrangement includes three king beds, one queen bed, two twin beds and two twin-over-twin bunk sets. Level 1 has a recreation room with a pool table, wet bar, dishwasher, ice maker and microwave, plus patio access to the private gated pool, hot tub, cabana and gas grill. The poolside cabana has a TV, refrigerator and wet bar. Outdoor facilities include a basketball hoop, horseshoes, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. Level 2 has laundry facilities and open decks. Level 3 contains the equipped kitchen, wet bar, great room, dining area, open decks and screened porch. The level-4 ship’s watch/loft offers ocean and lighthouse views. The home includes central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple Smart TVs/DVDs, streaming TV, two dishwashers, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, a microwave and toaster. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. A Welcome Program starter kit provides limited arrival supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; guests supply further consumables during their stay.
