## About the house

The home accommodates 12 guests in five bedrooms, with five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 has a twin bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, plus a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar, laundry, and patio access. The patio has a private outdoor pool, a pergola with a wet bar, and a hot tub.

Level 2 has two queen ensuite bedrooms with deck access: one has a standing shower and the other a shower/tub combination. A bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets also has deck access. A separate full bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and the deck has ocean views. A half bathroom is on Level 2.5. Level 3 contains a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower and private deck, along with the great room, kitchen, dining area, screened porch and deck.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washer and dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are supplied. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and drip and pod coffee makers. Water is supplied by a private well. Keyless entry is provided.

The Welcome Program provides starter supplies, including a roll of paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities rather than supplies for the full stay.

Access requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle and beach driving. The home is oceanside, three lots from the beach. Parking is limited to four vehicles.

No smoking. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and are not permitted in pools or hot tubs. Guests must provide their own ongoing supplies of paper products, trash bags and soaps.
