The villa is in a residential neighborhood; the beach has a coral reef, shallow water with a seagrass entry and conditions that may require hard-soled pool shoes or fins for wading.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. The maximum is 16 guests, including a maximum of 14 adults. A 7-night minimum stay is required for the private airport mini-coach transfer and weekday light housekeeping; shorter stays can purchase housekeeping blocks in three-hour increments. Airport transportation and housekeeping are subject to the stated qualifying-stay conditions.
