House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory electricity is charged at 0.30€/KW and mandatory final cleaning at 195€/stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

Artà-Alcúdia bus stop is 500 metres away; Muro train station is 12.2 km away. A supermarket is 850 metres away, a pharmacy 200 metres away and Hospital Comarcal de Inca 25.6 km away.
