## About the house

The apartment accommodates five guests on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. The living room has a sofa, an armchair and a dining table, with views of Castello d’Albertis, home to the Museum of World Cultures. A balcony surrounds the apartment and provides space for outdoor dining.

The separate equipped kitchen has an induction hob, coffee machine, moka pot, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and juicer. Two bedrooms have queen beds that can be split, and the third is a single room. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and balcony access. There are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are provided. Piazza Principe railway station is 10 minutes away, and Genoa airport is a 20-minute drive away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
