## About the house

Castaways accommodates up to 14 guests in five bedrooms. All five bedrooms are on Level 2: three king bedrooms with private bathrooms, one bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, and one bedroom with two double beds. Level 2 also has a laundry area, covered deck and a hot tub inside an open area of the tower.

Level 3 contains the great room with ocean-facing windows, dining area, den and ship’s watch. The kitchen has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens and two dishwashers, plus cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. A screened porch and open sun deck provide outdoor seating and ocean views; sunset views extend over Currituck Sound.

The home includes central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable television, multiple TVs, ping pong, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. Outdoor facilities include gas and charcoal grills, an outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Parking accommodates six vehicles, and an EV charger uses an SAE J1772 connector; a Tesla adapter is needed.

Community facilities include an outdoor pool, soundside access and a private dock. Community tennis is available for a fee. The beach is a short walk away via Waxwing Ln North Beach Access.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits; a pet-policy violation may result in termination of tenancy. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Community tennis is available for a fee. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee and requires confirmation.
